About Me
Originally from America, I settled in the UK in the late noughties and would never choose to live anywhere else.
I am a BAPC-accredited integrative counsellor, coach, hypnotherapist, yoga teacher, Reiki practitioner, and a person living with ADHD. Since 2020, I’ve had the privilege of supporting clients from all walks of life, helping them explore their inner world and move forward with greater clarity and self-compassion.
I have worked with people across a wide range of experiences, from relationships and careers to anxiety, depression, periods of stuckness, and life transitions. Over time, I have found my most rewarding work to be supporting adults through their unmasking process following an ADHD diagnosis.
I also work with those who love and support someone with ADHD – whether that be a parent, partner, family member, or close friend – creating space for greater understanding, compassion, connection and ease.
As a member of the BACP, I work in line with their code of ethics and am committed to practising with professionalism, integrity and respect.
I consider myself an eternal student – always learning, staying curious, and recognising that I do not have all the answers.
My role is not to give advice or tell you what to do.
Instead, I walk alongside you, offering a safe and supportive space where you can deepen your self-understanding, reconnect with your strengths, and discover your own answers.

My Integrative Approach
Traditional counselling approaches do not always meet the needs of adults with ADHD – or those living alongside someone who has it.
As an ADHD therapist and integrative counsellor, I take a flexible and collaborative approach that recognises that every person experiences life differently.
Drawing on person-centred, existential, relational and cognitive approaches, alongside rapid transformational coaching (NLP-based), movement, and breathwork informed by my yoga training.
I tailor therapy to the individual rather than expecting people to fit into one method.
This balance of emotional depth and practical support aims to help adults impacted by ADHD better understand themselves, reduce overwhelm, and find ways of living that feel more manageable, connected, and sustainable.
